Excellence in European Market Integration Projects

Are you involved in European market integration projects and want to strengthen your impact? Looking to better understand project dynamics, roles, and how to contribute effectively - whether as a Project Team or Steering Committee member? Then Excellence in European Market Integration Projects is the training for you and your organisation.

In this interactive on-site training course, you will explore how European electricity market integration projects are structured, build essential soft and project management skills, and learn how to foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere for best impact and reaching your company objectives. Through interactive discussions and shared experiences, you will gain practical insights to navigate challenges and drive yours and your team member’s excellence in your projects.

What you'll learn

Through practical exercises and shared discussions, your teams will also develop the ability to navigate complex interactions, balance decision-making dynamics, and learn from each other’s experiences - ultimately fostering a more aligned, effective, and high-performing project environment that can transform how individuals, teams and organisations contribute to European electricity market integration projects.

In other words …

  • Get to know European project dynamics and organisation: understand the relevant project landscape for your organisation in the European market integration context, recognise how European projects are set up, identify the different roles, and understand your part in it.
  • Build your soft and project management skills: Learn why good preparation, a positive attitude in meetings, and constructive behaviour matter for getting involved effectively and understand how to improve participation across your organisation.
  • Better understand the interactions: Be able to effectively navigate the mesh of interactions, push-pull of decision making and handle potential challenges.
  • Learn from each other’s experiences and insights: Join in on collaborative activities and discussions with your colleagues.

Why ask Magnus Energy to organise this interactive game for your organisation?

Delivering excellence in European electricity market integration projects requires more than strong individual performance and expert knowledge. It depends on effective collaboration between Project Teams and Steering Committee members and across project structures.

This interactive training is specifically designed to address both perspectives, with one part focused on driving excellence at Project Team level and another on steering for excellence at Steering Committee level, while placing strong emphasis on the interaction between the two on company as a well as project level.

For whom?

The training is a two-part full-day course for professionals involved in European Market Integration Projects. The first half day focuses on Project Team members, while the second half day addresses Steering Committee members - highlighting both roles and, importantly, the interaction between them.
